Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms cover your use of Klinn: this website, the console at app.klinn.dev, the API at api.klinn.dev, and everything you reach through them, including the Management API, the MCP server and the skill file. By creating an account, using an API key or paying for a request, you accept them.

Changed on October 14, 2026. We now offer uncensored models. New: the paragraph on them under Outputs, the rules on sexual content under Acceptable use, and resellers' responsibility for their customers' age and use under Reselling; and, under What Klinn is, that a provider may pass a request on to another provider that runs the model.

What Klinn is

Klinn is a reseller. We buy access to AI models from third-party providers and resell it through one API, at our prices. We do not train, develop or host the models. Each request goes to a third-party provider, which runs the model or passes the request on to another provider that does, and returns the answer. We choose that provider, and which provider serves a model can change at any time.

Model names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Klinn is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, DeepSeek or any other model developer.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you use Klinn for a company, you accept these terms for it.
  • Keep your API keys, sessions and wallets secure. Anything done with them, including by agents or software you connect, counts as done by you.
  • If a key leaks, revoke it in the console and tell us at hello@klinn.dev.
  • Do not open several accounts to collect promotional credit or to get around a limit or a suspension.

Your content is not private

Your prompts, files and other inputs, and the outputs you get back, are your content. To answer a request, we send your content to a third-party provider.

Klinn is not private inference. We do not offer confidential processing, zero data retention, a choice of region, or a data processing agreement. Do not send personal data about other people, health or financial records, passwords, keys, trade secrets, or anything else that must stay confidential.
  • Providers handle your content under their own terms and privacy policies. Some log or keep it, review it for abuse, or use it to improve their services. We do not control what they do with it.
  • Some providers run models on shared or community-operated GPU networks, where independent operators may process the request.
  • We do not save the content of prompts or completions ourselves. The Privacy Policy lists what we do keep.

Outputs

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or offensive, and it can resemble other people's work. Check it before you rely on it, and do not treat it as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

As between you and Klinn, you own your outputs. The terms of the model developers and providers still apply to them; some, for example, restrict using outputs to train competing models.

Models differ in how much they filter. Some models we offer have fewer content restrictions; they are marked "Uncensored" on the Models page. They can produce explicit, offensive or harmful output when asked. Klinn does not filter or moderate any model. You choose the model, and you are responsible for how you, and anyone using Klinn through you, use it and its outputs.

Acceptable use

These rules apply to every model, including uncensored ones. Do not use Klinn, or let anyone use it through you, to:

  • break the law, create or share illegal content, or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
  • create, store or share sexual content involving minors (child sexual abuse material), or anything that exploits or endangers children;
  • create or share non-consensual intimate imagery, sexually explicit deepfakes of real people, or any other sexual content about a real person without their consent;
  • help develop chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons, or plan violence or terrorism;
  • write malware, or attack, scan or test systems you are not authorized to test;
  • run fraud, phishing, spam or impersonation, or harass or threaten people;
  • break the usage policies of the model developers and providers whose models you use;
  • get around rate limits, prices, payments or security, reach other accounts, probe or reverse engineer how we route requests, or overload the service.

Sexual content about fictional adults is allowed only where it is legal for you and your users, and only for adults.

We may refuse, block or limit requests, keys or accounts that break these rules, or that a provider flags.

Prices and payment

  • Prices. Prices are per token, in US dollars, and are shown in the console and on the Models page. They can change at any time. A request is charged at the price in effect when it is served. Comparisons with other list prices are for information only.
  • Balance. You add funds by card or in USDC, and requests are charged to your balance. Your balance has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and it does not expire while your account is open.
  • Cards. Card payments are handled by Stripe. For some purchases Stripe acts as the merchant of record, and its terms apply to that payment. Tax may be added at checkout.
  • Pay per request. An agent can pay for a single request in USDC on Base (x402). The amount is fixed before the request is served. Blockchain payments are final: we cannot reverse them, and network fees are yours. A request that no provider accepts is not charged.
  • Refunds. Payments are not refundable, except for our own billing errors or where the law requires a refund. If you think a charge is wrong, write to hello@klinn.dev within 30 days.
  • Promotional credit. Free credit, such as a welcome credit, has no cash value. We may change or withdraw it.

Reselling

You may sell access to Klinn under your own brand, domain, model names and prices. When you do:

  • You are the seller to your customers. Your contract with them, and your prices, billing, payment collection, support, taxes, invoices and refunds, are yours. Klinn is not a party to that contract and does not collect or hold your customers' money.
  • Your customers' usage is charged to your Klinn balance at our price, whatever you charge them.
  • You are responsible for your customers' use as if it were your own. They must accept terms at least as protective as these, including the acceptable use rules and the fact that their requests go to third-party providers without confidentiality.
  • Give your customers your own terms and privacy notice. Do not promise them privacy, data retention or compliance that Klinn does not offer.
  • Only connect domains you control, and do not use names or branding that mislead people about who you are.
  • Only add customer details that you are allowed to share with us.
  • Your customers must be at least 18. You must make sure they are, and you are responsible for their use being legal where they are.
  • Uncensored models are on for your customers unless you turn them off. If you offer them, say so in your own terms.

We may suspend a customer key, a domain or your account if one of your customers breaks these terms.

Availability and changes to the service

Klinn has no service level agreement. Models, providers, features, limits and prices change, and models can be added or removed without notice. We may pause the service for maintenance, for security, or when providers fail.

Suspension and closing an account

You can stop using Klinn at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account, revoke keys or block requests, with or without notice, if you break these terms, do not pay, put the service or other people at risk, or if the law or a provider requires it.

If we close an account because it broke these terms, its unused balance may be forfeited.

No warranties

To the extent the law allows, Klinn and every output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, or that any model will stay available or give a particular result.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Klinn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, even if we were told they could happen. Our total liability for all claims about Klinn is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or rights that you have as a consumer and cannot give up.

Indemnity

You will defend Klinn against, and cover its losses and reasonable costs from, claims that arise from your content, your use of Klinn, your customers' use, or your breach of these terms or the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page or by email before it applies. Using Klinn after a change means you accept it.

General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Klinn about the service. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them along with our business.
